Shopping In Partington

A 1 : 500 scale model of the proposed redevelopment of Partington Village centre. Included are new retail units and existing "context" buildings. The development by Peel Holdings is part of a wider development of Partington which includes over 500 new homes. The shopping parade was officially opened in December 2014 and includes a new Tesco Express store. The development also provides a new site for the weekly Partington market.

Hope Street Liverpool

1 : 200 scale model. A proposed commercial development in Hope Street, Liverpool.
Falconer Chester Hall Architects.  The vacant site is opposite the Philharmonic Hall, home of the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.  On the other corner is the Philharmonic Dining Rooms, a wonderfully ornate victorian public house.
