Some
years ago I was commissioned to build a 1 : 50 scale model of the
chapel at Boarbank Hall to demonstrate proposed alterations.
Boarbank is an Augustinian community near Grange Over Sands and includes a nursing home and guest house.

The model was constructed largely without a roof in order that the interior might be easily viewed.
As can be seen, the chapel is "L" shaped to accommodate the sisters in one wing and guests in the other, each having a view of the altar.
